Payment Options

Payment Methods Accepted:

To pay online with credit card, simply choose 'Credit Card' as your payment method at checkout, enter your credit card number, expiry data. Our servers are SSL enabled to ensure your details are transmitted securely.

For additional security, a "Credit Card Authorisation Form" will be emailed in PDF format. This form MUST be completed prior to any goods being dispatched. A copy of the form can be downloaded by clicking here.

We offer a range of other options for payment. Please see below for more info on making payment by your preferred method:

Pay by Credit Card

Please call us on 03 8680 3900 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday or fax your credit card payment details to 03 8677 9661 at any time.

Pay by Direct Deposit

For hassle free & secure order processing, we recommend payment by Direct Deposit.

Please use your order ID or invoice number as payment reference to allow us to identify the payment. Order processing may be delayed if payments are not correctly labelled.

If possible, please email a copy of the transfer receipt to sales@compello.com.au.

It can take up to 48 hours for a direct debit transfer to appear in our banking account.

A tax invoice will be sent with the goods or via PDF if an email address has been provided on the order.

Pay by Cheque or Money Order
